General contraindications:
Non fasted patient, Severe respiratory insufficiency, Acute perforation of the tracts; Sepsis, Pregnancy.
Moreover, an analysis of the risk/benefit ratio should be established by endoscopist and cardiologist for patients using anticoagulants or anti-aggregants.
