MR Conditional:
Non-clinical testing, a patient with this clip can be scanned safely immediately after placement under the following conditions:
- Static magnetic field of 3.0 Tesla or less
- Maximum spatial magnetic gradient field of 1600 gauss/cm or less
- Normal operating mode: Maximum MR System reported, whole-body- average specific absorption rate (SAR) of 2.0W/Kg for 15 minutes of scanning or less ( i.e., per scanning sequence).
MRI- Related Heating:
In non clinical testing, the clip produced maximum temperature rise of no more than 5*C, during 15 minutes of MR imaging performed in a 3.0 Tesla MR System.
Image Artefacts:
MR image quality may be compromised if the area of interest is within approximately 30mm of the position of the clip as found during non- clinical testing, in a 3.0 Tesla MR system.
WARNING : There is a potencial risk of rebleeding of small arteries due totorque place on the clip during the MRI.
