In case of a serious incident, please report to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the European Member State where the user is established. Shall the incident occur outside the Europe, please report to the manufacturer and follow the local applicable regulation.
In health protection of our employees only disinfected or sterilised instruments will be accepted for analysis or repairing. In any case disinfection or sterilisation dates and validity must be labelled outside the package. If this requirement has not been fulfilled the instruments will be returned to the sender without analysis or repairing.
