The quantity of reprocessing cycles the device can withstand is closely related to the care given to the device during its intended use and the care taken during the cleaning and sterilization. We have validated 200 reprocessing cycles but the user can use for longer looking, in between each use, for signs of performance degradation, such as kinks on the spiral, damaged to the jaws and stain. Shall any of these be present, it is recommended to segregate the device and use another one.
