- Connect the Polyp Trap connecting tube (1) to the suction system.
- Make sure that the trapping tube is aligned with chamber #1.
- To retrieve the resected polyp, apply suction via the endoscope suction valve until the polyp is trapped in the chamber
- After the polyp is trapped, turn the lid (2) so that the trapping tube is pointed at the next number. This enables continuous suction during the procedure.
- To retrieve additional polyps, keep on turning the lid (2) to the next available numbered chamber.
- To remove the Polyp Trap, disconnect the tubing from the endoscope suction tip and the suction system.
- Reattach the suction system to the endoscope suction tip.
