EN – TF09 – Contraindications
- Missing accordance and failing cooperation of the patients
- Non-fasting patients,
- Intestine wall fragility e.g: High-florid inflammation of the colon, toxic megacolon
- Peritonitis, acute abdomen
- Intestine perforation
- Ileus
- Sepsis
- Severe cardio-pulmonary diseases and decompensation
- Non-controllable hemorrhagic diatheses (prothrombin time bellow 50% partial thromboplastin time PTT, prolonged by more than two-fold, thrombocytes bellow 5000
- Insufficient preparation (cleaning)
- Pacemakers that cannot be set to a fixed frequency due to parasystolic rhythm,
- Hip endoprothesis or metal implants,
- Pregnancy
- Recently created gastrointestinal anastomosis.
